The Bloom team is growing!

As of April 1st, 2026, Inggrid Bugis will be joining us as a Project Manager.

Inggrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning.

She brings a strong international profile and speaks English, German, Dutch, and Bahasa Indonesia (her mother tongue).

She’s passionate about working in dynamic environments, collaborating with different teams, and bringing structure and clarity to projects.

With her educational background, professional experience, and language skills, Inggrid will be a valuable addition to our Project Management team.
