Through strong project alliances and a sharp commercial focus, we translate complex client challenges into winning propositions, from strategic positioning to final delivery. To strengthen our commercial impact, we are looking for a Communication & Commercial Manager.
As Communication & Commercial Manager, you are responsible for Bloom’s market position, visibility and commercial growth. You connect marketing communication, acquisition, tenders and sales, ensuring a continuous pipeline of highquality, profitable Design & Build projects. In addition, you build and maintain sustainable international project alliances. You work closely with the Business Director, Bloom’s project managers, the commercial teams within Bruns Group and external partners.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing, acquisition and positioning strategies
- Actively manage leads and relationships with clients and partners
- Select, coordinate and manage tender and proposal processes
- Set up and manage procurement processes and project offers
- Initiate and manage international project alliances and contracts
- Optimize commercial processes, marketing tools and the tender library

YOU OFFER US
- HBO / Bachelor’s level of thinking and working
- Experience in marketing, business development, sales and tender management within Design & Build, interiors, events or similar project-based environments
- Strong commercial and strategic insight, with an eye for risk and return
- Experience with procurement processes and contract management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, result-driven and structured working style
- Fluency in English; Dutch is required, German is a plus
